In shortAffiliatePrograms.co.nz is an independent, informational website. We don't represent any affiliate program, brand or network, and we aren't responsible for their services. We do our best to keep the information accurate, but you should do your own research and read each program's terms before you join.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of affiliateprograms.co.nz ("the site", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. An independent, informational resource

The site lists and describes affiliate programs that we believe New Zealand-based publishers can join. It is an independent resource published for general information only.

We don't represent, endorse or act as an agent for any affiliate program, brand, advertiser or affiliate network listed on the site, and none of them operate the site.
A listing is not a recommendation that a program suits you, and it doesn't guarantee that you'll be accepted, earn any income or be paid.
Nothing on the site is financial, tax, legal or business advice.

3. We aren't responsible for third-party programs

Each program, brand and network is run by its own operator under its own terms. We aren't responsible for their products, services, websites, tracking, approvals, commission payments, payment timing, terms, policies or conduct. Any agreement you enter into is between you and that operator. Please take any questions, complaints or disputes about a program directly to the operator.

4. Accuracy: best endeavours, not guaranteed

We provide the information in good faith and make best endeavours to keep it correct. We take figures from each program's own page or its network listing where we can, and we mark figures we couldn't confirm as "Not published". Commission rates, cookie or tracking windows, payout terms, minimums and eligibility (including whether New Zealand residents can join) change often and without notice, so information on the site may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

All information on the site should be treated as informational only. Before joining any program, do your own research and read that program's current terms and conditions on its official website.

5. Links, tracking and disclosure

Outbound links to programs are marked rel="nofollow sponsored" and open in a new tab.
We add referral tracking parameters (UTM tags such as utm_source=affiliateprograms.co.nz) to outbound links, and your browser may tell the destination site that you came from us. Some links may in future be affiliate or referral links that earn us a commission, and we'll disclose them.
Featured placement: the monthly featured program is currently chosen by us. In future it may be a paid placement. If it is, we'll clearly label it as paid or sponsored.
Linked websites are outside our control and have their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Trademarks

Program names, brand names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the programs, and their use doesn't imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

7. Liability

The site is provided free of charge and "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude all warranties and aren't liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the site or its information, from any third-party program, or from your reliance on anything published here.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be excluded by law. That includes, where it applies, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you use the site for business purposes, such as running a publishing or affiliate business, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act doesn't apply to the extent the law allows.

8. Using the site

You may read and share links to the site for personal and business research. Please don't scrape the site in a way that harms its performance, or republish substantial parts of it as your own.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and the site's content at any time. The "last updated" date shows when the terms last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction over any dispute.
